好想一口氣交代今個月近況.. so its gonna be a long one well first day of school.. and im officially a sophomore at IUB!! got a lot tanner cuz i've been staying out in the sun every day.. pam is just the same.. so nobody knows we're actually from hong kong.. everyone's like "ok r u from thailand/india/vietnam....." yea at some point we're glad to hear that.. we juz dont wanna get into asian groups so basically i went to NYC, philadelphia(bien sur!!), indiana, chicago, and again indiana, over these 3 weeks it was a road trip.. no joke.. alex was the only who drove during the entire journey.. well partly thanks to the manual gear shift.. we first went through all the hassles of renting a car/van but still we failed cuz we're all under 21.. anyways we still got to indiana safely cuz alex sacrificed his own car.. i cant imagine driving on a straight straight highway for 11 hours.. we spent a lot of money, like, A LOT... but we had a lot of fun.. so its kinda worth it.. we were off to chicago once we were done with those orientation things.. again 4 hours of driving.. stayed for 5 nights.. chicago is just amazing.. what a big city of US i like this on the mugs: got wind? CHICAGO! so you can imagine how crazy people's hair goes food is pretty good,, and beach is awesome got back to indiana university bloomington.. thats where im now going.. sadly im not assigned a single room as i wanted.. instead they gave me a lounge which lives 4 people.. i was so upset at the beginning.. cuz i know im very likely to stay here for the rest of the semester luckily all my roomies are super nice.. one of them got into the music school as a piano major... i would imagine shes a brilliant pianist.. im so glad that i met her btw people in bloomington are REALLY nice.. and the IUB campus is huge i would say... its like a town full of intellectuals, musicians,athletes.... oh believe it or not.. i bike every single day.. cuz i have to. it takes like 30 minutes to get to another building if you walk.. and obviously you'll be late for class... yea its fun and i think it will help lose some weight i like this college a lot.. might transfer to another one next fall though but also i miss my friends.. i miss outback.. but i dont know.. probably not coming back to hk until next year work hard buddies, good luck on your a-levels/college work!! |
